Agreement of Invitation Form
I have read, copied or downloaded a copy of the “Conditions of Invitation” and have agreed to Host Apostle Robin Blue and her team. By signing this Agreement of Invitation I am committing myself and my ministry to “Host in the Spirit of Excellence”. I also understand that this agreement must be received within 60 days of the event and a conformation of receipt will be emailed in returned to my Church, Ministry or Main Host.
Should I have to postpone, cancel or need to reschedule my event, I will do so within 45 days prior to the event, or Spirit Song Ministries International “Reserves the Right to decline any future invitations”.
